Salient Features of Procurement Guidelines and Manual - Workshop Successfully Conducted!

The Center for Open and Distance Learning (CODL), University of Colombo, proudly organized a highly insightful workshop on “Salient Features of Procurement Guidelines and Manual” on Friday, 20th June 2025.
We were honoured to have Mr. Ivan Tissera, Specialist in Public Procurement, Member of the National Procurement Commission, and Procurement Consultant at the National Audit Office, as the Resource Person. His expertise and experience enriched the session with valuable knowledge and practical insights.
Over 80 executive-level government officials representing more than 25 public, private, and semi-government institutions participated in the workshop, making it a vibrant and interactive learning experience.
